Product (Campaign) Image close button

  • Hi there,

    The product (campaign) main image does not have a close button so the image opens and then you have to use the browser back button to get back to the page. This is not good UX. Is there a way to add a close button function? The gallery images are fine, it is just the main image on the product (campaign) page.

    Thanks. I don’t experience this issue with any other websites (same theme) using WooCommerce and as your crowdfunding uses WooCommerce I assume the issue is with the plugin, no?

    Dear Concern,

    Did you checked the WP Crowdfunding plugin with another theme. Becasue the WP Crowdfunding override the WooCommerce template, maybe your theme isn’t compatible with the WP Crowdfunding.

    Hi,

    I cannot do that at the moment as the site is being investigated by your team for some other issues with the Crowdfunding plugin.

    I’ll wait until those issues are resolved and then have another look at this.
