Product Bundles and Subscriptions

    Hi,

    I’m trying to configure a product bundle to include a subscription along with other simple products.

    I want the bundle to subscription free for the first month, but then revert to the regular subscription price.

    I can include the subscription into the bundle, but when I use a discount to make it ‘free’ as part of the bundle it tells me that the recurring total is also €0.00.

    I read in the documentation that when the ‘price individually’ is checked and a discount is applied then it’s applied to the regular price. Is there any way round this for subscriptions?

    Yes, apply the subscription for the bundle is quite complex. Please contact us via this page with your website info then we can check this problem for you.

    Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. According to the documentation this is the expected behaviour so I have introduced a work around which uses a free trial period instead.
