Product bundle price is displayed incorrectly on order and invoice

  • Hello!

    We have the problem that when a product bundle is ordered in our shop, the total amount is correctly charged to the customer, but the price of the product bundle itself is then displayed incorrectly in the order overview and on the invoice.

    For example, if the price of the product bundle is €12.70, it will show -€11.80 on the invoice. And of course that shouldn’t be the case.

    Why is that?

    Hi @dgzshots ,

    If you are using any external plugin for calculating the warehouse/stock and process the invoice, they might affect our plugin. This is often triggered by a conflict, which caused the price discrepancy.

    You can test by deactivating all plugins, except WooCommerce and ours to check the prices in the order details generated by WooCommerce. Then reactivate others one by one to find which is conflicting with our plugin.
