Product bundle popup items not showing it is empty on translated version

    Hi we are using the free version of the plugin.
    And set the product as product bundle, and added items with product bundles. Its working perfect on english version. But in arabic version the popup items for selecting products are empty. Please fix the issue or give me the solution.

    Thank you for choosing our plugin.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    The plugin doesn’t support WPML yet and we will support it in the future versions, but you can edit the second language product manually to fix it.

    In the second language, edit each item and search and select products from the second language, then update the product.

    okay. I tried the secondary language manually, at that time when i check on frond end both english and arabic popup products are showing in arabic. English version not showing in english. It also in arabic. How to fix it?

    Unfortunately, the plugin is not compatible with WPML yet and we will add it in the future versions. If you need such a compatibility urgently, you can contact us here for a custom work.

    Regarding the manual edit, try the below tip.

    • Switch to the language in the backend.
    • Edit product items on that language.
    • Save changes.
    • Try the above steps for the other languages. You should swtich the language first.

    In case the above tips can’t help you, please contact the WPML support and ask them for a solution.

    We will add the compatibility in the future versions but currently we are actively working on some of urgent issues and features.
