Product bundle and Cartflow

Hi everyone,

I am hoping someone has a workaround for using product bundles in Cartflows.

My wife wants to sell some of her products singly, but also in packs that have discounts. So, for example, a customer can select the single item, a 3-pack of that item, a 6-pack, and so on. She wants to upsell the customer based on their initial selection. So, if a customer selects the single product initially, the flow will offer an upsell for the 3-pack, versus upselling the 6-pack if the customer initially added the 3-pack to their cart.

I have the latest version of Cartflows (1.11.9) set up with global checkout. The bundle products are created using the Woocommerce Bundles plugin. The customer can select either a single or bundle and add-to-cart via URL from the landing page (https://wholehealthbaby.com/prepostnatal/).

I am building a flow from checkout using dynamic offers. The problem that I cannot resolve are the bundles. Cartflows does not recognize the bundle product type. Therefore, I cannot select it as the product itself based on its name or product ID in a flow or as an upsell/downsell.

I have reached out to Cartflow support, who have been very helpful. They have confirmed that Cartflows currently only recognizes simple products, variable products, subscriptions, and download product types. They recommended I make a suggestion for bundled products, but that ticket has been open for the past three years!

In the meantime, I am exploring other options. For example, can I create the packs using variable product types? Nothing seems to work and I am becoming increasingly frustrated because these bundles are an important part of my wife’s business.

Right now, my biggest issue is the upsell. This is because in the dynamic offers conditional logic, I can set a unique product tag for each bundle and then have the flow recognize the different bundles in the cart based on these tags. However, that’s not possible when setting up the upsell or downsell. It only recognizes product id or name. Therefore, I cannot select the bundles and I am stuck.

I would really appreciate any help anyone can provide. I am open to any ideas and we are under a bit of a time constraint to boot. Thanks everyone!
