Product breadcrumbs won’t show correctly

    Hello,

    I’m trying to fix the product breadcrumbs and I can’t figure out what’s wrong.

    See a product example from my site: https://larraioz.com/kawasaki/productos/robots-colaborativos
    The breadcrumb will say: Inicio > Productos > Robots colaborativos de doble brazo Scara

    Categories for products have been set so it should be: Robotica & Mecatrónica > Kawasaki Robotics > “Product” (Robots colaborativos de doble brazo Scara)
    – but it doesn’t show correctly. Also, when clicking on “product” will stay on the same site. What can be the problem?

    Hello @larraioz,

    These breadcrumbs are generated by your theme, not by the plugin. You can enable plugin breadcrumbs in catalog general settings.

    Normally the breadcrumbs show the same path as the URL, so the theme breadcrumbs are correct but the link in these breadcrumbs is not working properly. You should use the plugins breadcrumbs instead.

    If you want to include categories in the product URLs and breadcrumbs please check the Smarter Product URLs extension in the catalog extensions menu.
