    Hello,

I would like to know please, if someone can help me out with the WooCommerce module.

I would like to add a title brand name link that could be like the one on the website link in reference.

This way, clients could go ahead, click on that name/link and then go see every product form the same brand.

    Thank you!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @gmongrut!

One way to do it is by adding a brand tag to your products. You can do this when creating/editing a product, in the Product tags section.

Once you add the brand tag (ABC) to your product, you can adjust your tag permalinks to display the brand title. You can do this in Settings > Permalinks > Optional and on the Product tag base field, insert the word brand.

Then, you will have a link that looks like yourshop.com/brand/ABC, and all products with the same brand tag will be there.

You can find more information about tags here:
    https://woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/#section-3

    I hope this helps!

    Hi @judagutor !

    I appreciate your answer.

    I’m sorry that I wasn’t specific enough!

Actually, I’m doing reference to the branding link above the product title. So, in the link that I gave you, it’s written “LANEIGE” and you can click on that and go directly to the brand page.

Is this possible? Maybe with a plugin or manually, I wasn’t sure!

    Thank you!

    Hello,

You can use a plugin like
    https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-brands/

Or you can also use custom code, for a reference, you can check out this article.

This example explains how to display the brand in shop or category pages (just in case).

Note: It is highly recommended to use a plugin like Code Snippets to add custom PHP code into your site without directly accessing the functions.php file. Here is an article that explains how to use the Code Snippets plugin.

I hope this points you in the right direction.

    Hi there!

Thank you for the insights. It’s actually helpful.

Do you know if using the plugin mentioned above, there’s a way to display the brand name text only above the product name? (such as the link in reference above). Because the plugin seems to be specially for images. I don’t know much about coding to be honest!

Again, I appreciate all you help guys!

    All the best!
