Product bought, still no access.

I must be missing something.
I created a product, sku is seocp.
I created a page and added seocp.
I then bought the product, woocommerce created an account for me.
I then put the shortcodes on the account page.
I can see the pages available for purchaes but it does not see that I bought it. The order is completed and the sku is in the order and the userid is attached to the order.
What am I missing?
