    I am experiencing an issue with my website where the base price of my customized products does not update in the cart and checkout after clicking the “add to cart” button.

    I hope you’re doing well :D.

    I tried to see the problem but seems I need to be registered in order to see the price and the add to cart form.

    Maybe it could be a conflict with other plugin or your active theme.

    I suggest you to do the following test:

    Please, try to deactivate all plugins and see if the problem disappear. If so, try to activate them again one by one and see which one produces the issue.
    If the problem is not from a plugin, try to activate the default theme Twenty Sixteen or Twenty Seventeen and see if you have the same issue.

    Also, if you have customized files in your theme, please try with a fresh installation without customization.

    Remember that if you have a plugin for the cache, you need to delete the cache before to disable it.

    Hi crodriguez

    We are using both plugins “WooCommerce Wholesale Prices and WooCommerce Wholesale Prices Premium” plugin is the cause of the issue.

    and this hook added in WooCommerce Wholesale Prices plugin this: add_action(‘woocommerce_before_calculate_totals’, array($this, ‘apply_product_wholesale_price_to_cart’), 10, 1);

    Is there a way to resolve this?

    Unfortunately the plugin is not compatible with dynamic pricing plugins, that’s the reason of your issue, I suppose.
