    Great question. Each attribute has an option to enable archives for it. If you disable that option, it will keep WooCommerce from generating an archive for each of them.

    To do that go to Products > Attributes in your dashboard.
    Click on the first attribute in the list to edit it.
    Uncheck the box to “Enable Archives” and save your changes.

    Check and see if that attribute archive is still there. It should be not found now. Repeat that for the other attributes and that should remove them.
