• Hi guys,

Has anyone been faced with this issue? So all my variations and product attributes show as pa_size instead of the actual titles? All attributes are correctly named in the backend, so theres nothing wrong there.

    example

This is so strange, has anyone faced this problem and what steps do I have to take?

  • It may be possible to get some more clues if you could post the url to a relevant page.

Ensure theme and all plugins are up-to-date. Take a backup if updating.

Deactivate all other plugins and switch to the default theme. If that solves the problem you have a software conflict. Reactivate elements one-by-one to try to identify the element that is causing the problem.

Thanks for the reply bud! Means a lot. The funny thing is I haven’t touched anything up to this point. I tried refreshing permalinks and deactivating plugins one by one and the problem still persists.

A live example can be found here:

Bare in mind it was working perfectly fine before..?

    Thanks again in advance.

Things starting to go wrong for no apparent reason is not uncommon.

Probably best updating to 3.8.6. Even though the changelog mentions nothing about this issue since 3.8.5, it doesn’t mean they haven’t done something.

Did you try switching to the default theme? This would switch-out any theme page templates. If it now works, it means there is a theme template issue.

Either way, consider taking this problem to the vendor’s theme support service. Their techs know the theme best and premium support is included in the price.
