Product Attribute name – where is it from?

    When using {{cart.product.table}} the table displays the product name followed by the attributes (in my case, the fabric and the size).

    Where are the names for these attributes coming from? I’d like to change them to better appear in this table, but I can’t for the life of me find where they are to change them.
