    Hello,

I will keep this short and sweet.

As you know, attributes can be created and assigned to products. When i create an attribute:

    1) Is a hook auto-generated? If so, where exactly can these be found?
    2) If it is not, can you give an example syntax of how i create one?

NOTE: I am not a PHP dev, but i am trying to understand what it is exactly i need to request of my PHP Dev contact.

    Thank you

  • Hi @dreubens81,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support. I am also not a PHP dev but I did find the following information on custom attributes and their related hooks:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/using-custom-attributes-in-menus/

Please let me know if this provides any useful information and Product Attribute hooks. It seems to show how to set one for use in a menu so there’s a chance it has something you will understand in relation to your question.

    I hope this helps!

We haven’t heard back from you and hope you have found a solution to this. I am going to mark this as Resolved at this time. If you have another issue please feel free to open a new post. ??

    Thanks!
