    Hello,

On my shop page I’m using the WL Product Archive. However, the images are appearing blurry. On closer inspection, the archive is using low resolution versions of the images that I uploaded.

I can’t see any way to change the image size in the plugin so it displays larger resolution files and doesn’t appear blurry.

    Can anyone help please?

    Thanks

    Hello @rd78

Thank you very much for reaching out ??

We have read your message and checked the page. Please use comparatively high-resolution images on your website.

Hopefully, it will solve the issue.

Thanks for your reply. I have uploaded high resolution files but it appears to be displaying the lower resolution copies that WordPress generates (in this case for the trashcan image, it is loading the 300×231 version rather than the original which is 1024×790).

    Any idea why? Thanks!

    Hello @rd78

    You are very welcome ??

We think that you are using the Product Archive Layout (Default) widget.

This widget fetches the product layout (including the image size) based on the theme.

That’s why the images are being displayed in lower resolution.

We can assure you that it has nothing to do with our plugin.

If you have any questions, please let us know.

We’d love to assist you with that.

    Kind regards,

The widget I’m using on that page is WL: Product Archive Layout (Default), which is your plugin. I figured that given this is your plugin’s widget, you’d be able to provide a solution but I can see you’re going to be of no help here.

I’ve got no idea what to do next, so I think I’ll give up on this issue and seek an alternative plugin or just code it as a custom shortcode myself in PHP. Thanks again.
