Product and galery images missing

  • Hi there,
    I just installed this plugin as it seems to be good but when I import product from Aliexpress it doesn’t import product image (featured image) nor gallery images.
    I increased PHP max input vars to 10000 and PHP max execution time to 100 but it’s still the same.
    I have bought your Photo Reviews plugin recently and it’s great but this you have to repair.

  • Hi,
    This is not the plugin’s bug, it’s issue with your server. There’s something you need to check:
    – Take a look at Error images page within this plugin’s submenu. If products images failed to download, they should be listed there
    – View your media library to see if there are any new images or duplicated images
