Product Addons add-to-cart with variables

hello

I want add to cart directly with URL posting values for “product addons” extension

with attributes for example its work fine with

https://www.yourdomain.com/cart/?add-to-cart=5904&&variation_id=5905&attribute_pa_color=azul

but if i want post a value for a text custom fiel of “product addons extension” it can′t works.
