    Hi Guys,

    I just bought your Pro Version and set up several currencies for my shop. However, everything works perfectly except the Product Add on prices are not updating with the currency change? The symbol appears however the amount doesn’t change.

    I am using the Woocommerce Product Addon’s Plugin.

    Please help.

    Multi Currency is not compatible with WooCommerce Product Addon.
    Please leave a support ticket at https://villatheme.com/supports/forum/plugins/woo-multi-currency/

    Hi,

    I have gone to that link but it keeps telling me to enter my purchase code when i try and create a support ticket. I have linked back to my original purchase account but it still asks me the same question and I cannot see where to enter the code?

    I chose to connect purchase code under my account but still receive the same message when trying to create a ticket.

    But as we checked, it is not possible to make WooCommerce Multi Currency compatible with WooCommerce Product Add ons.

    I have sent them an email asking for a refund as the plugin does not suit my requirments without it converting all of the prices on my woocommerce site. Do you know how long they take usually to respond?

    The other plugins such as Woocommerce Multi Currency Plugin and WooCommerce Price Based on Country etc all convert the Product Addon prices. As such, I am going to have to go with them on this occasion, apart from this issue your plugin seems fairly good.

    Hi Julian,

    It is a shame that you do not stand behind your product like most of the other Woocommerce Plugin Developers who offer refunds if it does not do what it claims to.

    Your plugin does not do what it says on the box. The other multi currency plugins convert all of the prices included in the online shop such as Product Addon’s.
    Your product description states: ‘Woo Multi Currency is a plugin for WooCommerce powered online store that allows to switch to different currencies easily and create current exchange rate converter without limit WooCommerce Currency. It accepts payment with only one currency or all currencies. ‘

    The words ‘without limit’ mean without limitations. However, you have told me in writing that the plugin is limited in a way that makes it virtually useless to shop owners utilizing basic Woocommerce functionality. As such, I have purchased your product under a misleading claim.

    Fortunately I have PAYPAL BUYER PROTECTION and will deal with the issue though them. It is a HUGE shame that you do not have the high levels of professionalism and customer services shown by all of the previous Woocommerce Plugin Developers that I have dealt with.
