@stelakoulas I am from Greece also as you as i can understand and the truth is that their support is very slow . We are working with our developers to create an alternative , if you are interested connect with me.
We had issues as well with their plugin and the qr code also and also with the visual table layout. I can assure you that all things will resolve nice on our project.
