    Hey @laurendo,

Are you trying to make you per-product add on into a global add on, or are you saying you aren’t able to add any global add ons?

If you’re trying to make your per-product add on into a global add on, you can export the per-product add on, then import that data into the global add on.

You just click Export for your per-product add on and copy the data in the box that appears. Then go to Global Add-ons, add new (or modify existing), and click Import. Once the box appears, paste the data previously copied and click Save.

I did but have not heard anything back. Did some research too, cannot find any answer to this problem online.

@laurendo – Can you please pass me your ticket #, I will see if it is logged in the system.

    Jesse,
You rock! export/import worked like a champ. I would have never thought of that in million years. If you’re with the Woocommerce team, please add that to the documentation.

    Thank you guys!
