Product Add-ons not Correct in Cart

I am trying to troubleshoot an issue with:

WooCommerce Product Add-ons Version 3.0.14
WooCommerce Bookings Version 1.15.1

When choosing the product, customers are shown that there are 2 optional extras: https://prntscr.com/qtgz7r

These are charged per person, per day (block count): https://prntscr.com/qtgzue

However, in cart/checkout, the price is no longer applied per person, by day (block count): https://prntscr.com/qth0pf

It seems to me that this is a bug with Product Add-ons or the Bookings plugin. Hoping someone can help!
