Product Add-Ons not add to cart and not visble in checkout

  • Hi,

    YITH Plugin Framework Version 4.6.2

    When I click on “Add to Cart”, nothing happens, products are not add to cart and I don’t have any error message… Nothing !

    Could you help me please ?

    Same issue here…
    They said they released a new update (4.14.1) to fix the issues with add-ons calculation in the cart and checkout pages, but still it doesn’t work!

    Guys please fix this bug, I have many Woocommerce websites with this plugin and it doesn’t work at all.

    Will the product be added to your shopping cart? But not with the extra cost of the options? Because on my side, the product isn’t even added to the cart!

    Furthermore, if I activate “mask the “add to cart” until the necessary options are selected”, even if all the choices are made, the add to cart button doesn’t appear…

    Hi there,

    are you using a builder? Could you check the HTML to see if there is some additional <div id="yith-wapo-container" ? If so, it’s necessary to remove the hidden ones in the builder (maybe they are used for mobile devices).

    I got it to work, but I can’t force the choice of an option. I’ve made everything optional and that’s it…

    It’s annoying but I can’t spend any more time on it!
