Product Add-ons and WooCommerce Wholesale prices issue

I have the product add ons enabled and also the WooCommerce WholeSale Prices plugin. When a wholesale customer is logged in and view a product with the add ons enabled, the price changes from wholesale to retail on the product page. If they also choose an add-on option, the price for that adds to the total. However, on the checkout page, the price then displays the wholesale base price, but does not include the add-on option price.

Example: Product $100 retail, $50 wholesale, $20 add-on option.

First the price shows $50. Then it changes to $100. If I add the option, the price displays $120. Go to the checkout page, and the price is $50. (should be $70).

I know it is the Booster plugin causing this. When I disable it, the prices are fine.
