• I use the Product Add Ons plugin from YITH on our Woocommerce webshop. Now I get the question from our client that they want to display the add on information in the email, for customers this is working but our client is not receiving in in their emails. How would I achieve this?

    Hi there,

Could you tell us if you’re using a custom email for the new order notification to the admin or any plugin to modify the email templates?

I’ve done some tests in my local installation, and it should be displaying the add-ons correctly in both emails.

    Hi Facundo,

No we are not using a custom email template. Would it be possible to add the shortcode to display the addons information?

My client was seeing the options in the order email and they stopped working a couple weeks ago. The site is currently on the free version. Version 4.7.1. On the most recent order the options show on the order details page. They do have a few orders before that where the options are not on the order details page or the email.

I was just looking through the options and it looks like the option ‘Hide options in order email’ was turned on. I’m not sure if that happened during a recent update, but I turned it off, so we’ll see if that fixes the issue.

Is there a resolution to this? We are having the same issue. Order emails to both Admin and I assume customer do not include the options from our form, which are required and we need to have – one being a phone number! So no way to contact the customer. Please advise urgently.
