Product accessories in product custom tabs

Hi all,
I am trying to change custom product tabs to add accessories that customers can buy that are linked to the main product.
Our sister company has had a new website built for them where product accessories have been added to custom product tabs so that customers can buy them along with the main product, see below:

If you scroll down you will see accessories. I am trying to create that for our website. You will see that by using the plug in “custom product tabs for woocommerce” I have managed to add an “accessories” tab. I now would like to populate it with a table similar to the one on our sister companies website.

Is this done by code? or is there a simpler way?
