Produces empty documents

    Environment and problem:

    Wordpress hosted by Bluehost, protected by Sitelock running theme Salient.
    Latest version for WordPress, Salient and PHP (?)
    Created an account in Aspose/Containerize
    Downloaded Aspose Plugin and activated
    Entered keys via settings into Aspose
    Ran the Aspose plugin against a single post and multiple posts.
    Creates a word document successfully but it is empty.
    Shut browser, cleared cache and retried, result stayed the same.

    is there any log/trace that shows what the plugin is doing and why it might be going wrong?

    We are sorry for your inconvenience. Please double check you have entered correct App Key and SID at setting page. Furthermore, you can check My Usage Tab in aspose.cloud dashboard for logs.

    Please also note, recently we have increased the free pricing plan monthly credit limit to 150 credit.

    Hi,

    I have logged in and there is no activity shown in the logs. I have reapplied the keys and tried again but still the same result, blank word documents.

    Any ideas?
