    Firstly. awesome plugin.

    we have one slight problem with the plugin automatically changing the order status from ‘processing’ to ‘pending payment’?
    from what i know it should change it to ‘complete’ if im correct?
    is there a way to change this or disable this automatic process?

    the only thing i can think of that would impact this process is we have a plugin called Advanced Local Pickup for WooCommerce installed that adds two custom order status’s.

    Hi,
    Our latest update (3.2.7) includes options to change the status:
    1. Processing
    2. Complete
    3. No (Don’t change it)

    Not sure why it would be going to Pending Payment. Can you confirm what you have that setting on currently and you have the latest version?

    Hi thanks for your quick response.

    looks like i must have missed that setting option…oops i’ve now changed it to ‘complete’

    anyway still a discrepancy though because the setting was set to ‘no’ do not change the order status however whenever you book a shipment via the plugin it definitely did change the status to pending payment.

    Hi,
    Please check once more for a further update which we have just published to clear up a bug around status changing in the upgrade version. Let us know if you have any on going concerns.
