processing stuck at 0%

In all feeds I can’t apply changes once is created, that’s why I was making copies. In fact I only need 2 feeds.

But since the last one with [projectname] “Copy Feed campaigns”, it remains always “not run yet” or processing stuck at 0%.

I was asking because some were updating just fine and had a last update date of september 11th (you send me the debug.log the 12th) so it seems that at least the following feeds update every day:

• Feed es EUR
• Synerise Feed es EUR

The 2 other feeds that stopped processing on the 9th of September both have a shipping field mapping which the other two feeds don’t have. Are you perhaps using a 3th party shipping plugin?

Yes, the store is using WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping by Bolder Elements. I saw it was compatible with Product Feed PRO for WooCommerce.

I suspect your website is running agains the maximum allowed CPU usage or running into a maximum execution time limit. Can you please check your WooCommerce fatal error log of days you tried refreshing your feed and see if there are any such errors in your logs?

Lots of critical errors yet an execution time of more than 600 seconds is definitely not needed for our plugin.

Could you try reproducing the following:

• Put your feeds on an hourly refresh interval
• Delete today’s fatal error log
• Manually start the processing of a feed
• After 5 minutes check if a new fatal error log for today has been created
• When it does, than we can positively confirm that the plugin is indeed running into a time-out issue with one of the other plugins
• When it does, please share the content of that log here

I’ve followed the steps:
– Put all feeds on an hourly refresh interval at 08:25
– There was no fatal error log for today 15/09/2021.
– I’ve manually started the processing of the feed that is “not run yet”.
– After 10 minutes I’ve checked the error log, but there is no fatal error log for today-
– I’ve manually started the processing of the first feed “Feed es EUR”.
– After 10 minuts I’ve checked the error log, but there isn’t any new fatal error log.

A new fatal error log has appeared at this moment:

How much time was there between the time you manually tried to refresh the feed and the error log appearing?

I’ve made the first manual refresh at 08:25 and another one about 10 or 15 minutes later.

After that, I saw the new fatal error log about an hour later.

Hmmm touch cookie, could be related than especially since your timeout is set on 10 minutes. The default maximum execution time is 30 seconds, yours is already 20 times higher than that. Why was it ever put this high? That to me suggest there have been performance/execution issues before and something on your website taking a lot of resources?

We change max_execution_time last Friday trying to run the last feed, because of previous messages here, but it didn’t work.

If so you can perhaps try to increase the maximum allowed memory usage too?
