    Users can initiate it by clicking on the link in the e-mail they received after purchasing a ticket. That page will have a link to request a refund. There are certain conditions where the link won’t appear, like if the ticket was free, or if the date set in the refund expiration settings has passed.

    Admins can initiate it by viewing the Attendee post, then opening the Access Token link and clicking on the refund link. The same conditions as above apply.
