Processing payment but no money on stripe or bank account

Hello @diegomassaro there’s really not much we can go by here. That screenshot doesn’t help us.

Have you made sure that the site and Stripe are 100% connected? Have you double checked that and even gone thru connecting it again and making sure you’re not in test mode as opposed to live mode?

I’d start there. And if you can share screenshots of the settings for Stripe in the backend of Woo. That would be great. Make sure your webhooks are added as well. But let’s start with screenshots of the backend of Stripe settings in Woo. Thanks.

Thanks for that @diegomassaro That looks good. The only thing I see off is the most recent webhook message. It should state one of those two orders when they came in and that date. Not today. Like it should say “Most recent” Also, I’d trying getting away from the Legacy checkout and enable the new checkout experience as well as log error message to see what’s going on.

Go into logs and look for those two transactions now and see if they actually went to Stripe. If you don’t see them then they never went thru. Do each of these orders have notes on them in the order details section?

If you’re not sure how to go there and check go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and you’ll want to look for woocommerce-gateway-stripe and see what it said for those two transactions. Usually it’s a 200 or

I enabled the new checkout experience and log error messages, then performed two tests. One resulted in a pending payment status, and the other was completed with a processing status.

I checked the logs, and it only logged the pending payment test. The order with the processing status wasn’t logged.

Sounds like you have a theme conflict or another plugin conflict here @diegomassaro can you send us a systems report please?

Go to WooCommerce > Status > Get Systems Report and pasting that here inside using a Code Block. Please ensure it’s free of <br> tags before pasting or use Github to show casing it redacting any information other than plugins that you don’t want others seeing.

Let’s see if we can find the culprit!

This might help in understanding the error and how it can be resolved. When I try to place an order, this error appears in the console:

Note that hashes do not apply to event handlers, style attributes and javascript: navigations unless the ‘unsafe-hashes’ keyword is present.
