    Hi,

I use WooCommerce Version 6.1.1 and I use PayPal for payment.
I received a payment via PP but it was a check so I was waiting a few days for the money to reach paypal. I received money today and this is when the problem began.

1.) All orders tabs works except Processing (where there is the transaction I described above). When I click on Processing then white page appears.
2.) I tried to manually search the transaction therefore I used tab ALL and moved to the subpage where the transaction should be – on page 6. All pages inc. page 5 and page 7 of ALL transaction work very well. Page 6 is just again a white one
3.)When I search for a transaction using order number or buyer details I get this error:

There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

Is there a fix for it?

    Hi @luketapis,

I still can’t see one order (only the one) and it is sitting in my processing tab therefore I can’t open processing

It would be helpful if you could share a screenshot of what you do before you get the error message. Please be as accurate as possible and add a screenshot of the page so that we can see how you proceed.

Also, can you provide an updated copy of your System Status after disabling all plugins (except WooCommerce) and changing the theme to Storefront?

We look forward to hearing from you.

To be honest I did NOTHING before the error happened.
One of my customer made an order using paypal (like many of my customers) and then the problem appeared.

1.) I can’t see the order – because of an error (I uploaded a picture of it)
2.) This order is still in my PROCESSING tab – which I can’t open either

I was advised by WooCommerce support member to:

-disable all plugins – and I did it. Left only woocomerce and the error remained.
    -install recommended plugins:
Express Checkout via PayPal for WooCommerce: by wpgateways – 4.0.5
Smart PayPal Checkout For WooCommerce: by mbjtech – 2.0.9

    I did it.

    – increase Memory Limit to 512, and the PHP time limit to something around 300 instead of 30

    I did it.

I can see the same error.
I don’t really care about a single order page (which is invisible for me).
I would like to have PROCESSING tab active again.

I reinstalled woocommerce but it didn’t help either.
When I select processing tab I can see this error:

This page could not be found!
We are sorry. But the page you are looking for is not available.
Perhaps you can try a new search.

    @luketapis

As a one more step, could you enable WordPress debugging then reproduce the error? This will enable us trace where the error is coming from

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as closed for now – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

Hi @luketapis, thanks for sharing that with us!

It seems that the error is coming from a plugin named beeketing-for-woocommerce, using a deprecated function and also a plugin called wooswipe, calling an undefined function. I’d recommend checking directly with the plugin developers for a fix.

However, if you opt for disabling both, you may need to purge all your cache, if you use a caching plugin and also check out with your hosting company if they are using some kind of caching system on their side too.

    My very best!

OK, I disabled these plugins but still my PROCESSING order tab doesn’t work, exist. This

Is there a way to make it work again?

This website is not linked to my processing orders:

I know that there is one, single order which made this mess.
When I use woocommerce to search ID records I can SUCESSFULY search and find each individual order ID EXCEPT 1 !!

When I search for the “faulty order ID” I get the same error which I had when I press: PROCESSING TAB:

I know that this single order make a mess.
I also downloaded Advanced Order Export For WooCommerce plugin and I can download each order number with no problem, except only one. The “faulty order ID”

Maybe removing this `I know that there is one, single order which made this mess.

    Hi @luketapis,

You’d want to make sure that specific order is stored in the database and has an ID assigned, if not it would explain why its information is not retrieved and you get an error message.

WooCommerce orders are a “Custom Post Type” that are stored in the wp_posts table under “post_type” -> “shop_order”. A database optimization plugin can help figure out if there is any corrupted entry.

If you want a freelance developer to access your admin dashboard, have a look at the issue, and try to get it resolved, you may want to consider hiring one from Codeable.

    Thanks.

    Ok.
    I fixed it.
I removed the faulty order from post table in phpmyAdmin and it works now.

    thanks
