    For some reason, the Processing Order email takes around 10 minutes to arrive at the client’s inbox. New Order admin emails arrive almost immediately with no problems. What could be wrong?

    Hi @lexgc,

    From what you describe the emails are being correctly generated and sent, and that’s the job of WooCommerce. As for delays, there is a good possibility that they’re caused by the server where those emails are being sent from. In that case, you would need to contact your email service provider for assistance.
