    Hi, i have the first order with woocommerce payment method in the website of my client, and the customer use woocommerce payment option, the orders in woocommerce put the order in processing order, but i cant find in any place the transaction.

    They have paypal too and always the system left in processing, but the order give me the link and i can check the money is really in the account paypal of my client.

    But in this case, the order said processing, but i enter in payments menu, and i don’t have any transaction, failed, complete, anything. How can i check this transactions? i need to know even if failed.

    Usually, you would find your transactions in your admin dashboard under Payments > Transactions.

    I tried to look up your WooCommerce Payments account under your username and email but I couldn’t find it. Is it possibly under another email address? If you’d like, you can contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
