    @jelinagalaxy- Check if it’s only the emails related to WooCommerce or you are facing issues with non-WooCommerce emails like Newsletter etc. I foresee the issue to be with the email server.

    hi ,

    Its related to woocommerce. Mail is not sending when we change the order status on-hold to processing.

    I don’t think one is meant to send. The new order emails are similar for “on hold” and “processing”. Another email will send when you complete the order.
