    Hi,

    I’m using your Lite plugin, with this shortcode:
    [stripe name=”Consulting Services” description=”#0000 – 50% Initial Booking Fee” amount=”500″]

    I use theme Avada on my website.

    I did a test payment which came through on the Stripe test dashboard. I then switched back to Live.

    My client says they submitted with an AMEX card but when they checked no funds were taken.

    I did not receive any email that the tests were through, or that the client attempted a payment.

    I’m hesitant to ask my client to try again without knowing exactly why this happenned.

    Any idea why this may be happening?

    Hi,

    I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the plugin specifically.

    You could check your Stripe logs and/or ask the client to try again.

    You may need to check https://support.stripe.com/ and possibly contact Stripe here if this persists.
