I made a manual refresh and it has now been processing for over an hour.
How long does it “normally” take.

When I first created the feed a couple of hours ago it was ready almost instantly but only 5 products were in the feed.

    I have about 500 products

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

The blinking “processing” message is not dynamically. You need to refresh your browser to see the status message/percentage change.

    All the best,
    Eva

I refreshed at least 20 times ?? Still said Processing.
I tried to create other feeds and they said Processing 50% for hours as well.

But, I think I found an issue with some of our URLs, that might be the problem.
    Will test more next week.

Are there any ways to skip some URLs?

    I get this multiple times

Could it be that you have your WP-Cron disabled?

The plugin processes product feeds in batched and it needs the WP Cron to be enabled for this. If it is not it will only process the first batch and than wait (endlessly) for the cron to pick up the next batch.

    Best,
    Eva

    Dear support,

    We have the same problem.
we have 2 feeds and they’re both stuck at ‘processing 99%’ and ‘processing 100%’.

The files look OK, so I don’t understand if it’s a visualization bug.

    The cron is active.

    Thanks
    WP-OK

    Hi

    Same problem..
Processing for ages.. when I refresh it says ready but when I upload it to FB not all products are there.. Out of 440 products only 165 in the feed..
    Tried a few times.

    Thanks

Eva, why don’t you have a message within your plugin stating “WP Cron must be enabled” – seems to be a really common issue after looking through support threads

    =)

    Hi Steve,

    There is:

"$message = "We are sorry but it seems you have disabled your WP CRON. This plugin creates product feeds in batches and needs the WP CRON to be active for doing so. Please enable the WP CRON in your wp-config.php file and re-activate this plugin before creating a product feed.";"

Not everybody seems to notice it though so maybe I should make it a bit more “in their face” ??

    Best,
    Eva

    Hi Eva

Ah right, I’ve never seen that and always had my WP cron disabled ??

    Cheers,
    Steve
