• Hello Everyone,

    Please I need help from the community/ plugin developer team, the order notification stopped sending to customer upon orders, it was working perfectly initially but stopped like 3 weeks ago and I have checked everything I could possible link that to. Also tried sending test emails from the templates but its not sending (says sent but never received) which explains why customers don’t get order notification emails again, but using the sender email as the test receiver email went through. And few days ago, the store new order notification too ceased for some products and later got back which implies that its technical glitch or update bug of the plugin.

    Please if anyone from the community or the plugin developers can help with something it will be deeply appreciated.

    Hi,

    Thank you for bringing us this attention.

    We suppose that emails might not reach the customer’s email server for various reasons, so it’s important to check the email server’s block conditions. You can verify if the email was sent from your site using a Mailog plugin.     I followed your recommendation, the emails are sent from my website but not received by the customer receiving email, the email log but WP Mail Logging plugin says the emails were sent but only the admin email was received but the customer is not received.

    I deactivated the plugin to test and the email got send as it should so i think the issues is from the plugin, please kindly help check. I look forward to your swift response.

    There are two users responding to the ticket, and the usernames are different on WordPress, so I may not have recognized you. Since the email templates by our plugin are being sent out normally, no issues have been identified on our end so let’s continue the discussion on the ticket to find out more clues from your end.
