Processed Payment Invoice Issue

    Hello,

    Hope you are doing well. I am using the stripe payment method in woocommerce website for last 7 months. But for a couple of days, I am facing the issue with the invoice of the processed payment.

    When the customer placed the order on the website using the stripe payment gateway then on the succeeded payment/order the woocommerce is sending the invoice on our email with pending status which is wrong because the payment processed successfully so it’ mean invoice of woocommerce should be of successful invoice but It is not happening.

    Please help me out how i can resolve this issue of invoice .

    you can see here the Screenshot of the invoice of the successful order with the pending status. For successful order, the pending should not be shown on the invoice. Before this, the invoices was receiving correctly

    That is really strange.

    Have you noticed any change on your site recently before the issue was present?

    To check this much better, can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

    Also, share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

    You can perform the following actions:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    I update my theme, i update the woocommerce, i update the plugins, my issue is still there. I am still getting the pending invoice of successful payments. The support of woocommerce is saying that everything is fine from our side and now you need to contact the woocommmerce stripe payment gateway.

    Please note the theme Avada is overriding the cart, checkout, and other pages. I understand you previously mentioned theme, WooCommerce, and plugins are up to date.

    Have you switched the theme to Storefront? After that can you check if the issue persists?

    i switch the theme to the storefront. my issue is still there. i am still getting the pending invoices of the successfull transactions. i contact with the support of woocommerce and they are saying things are ok from our side. so try to contact the stripe gateway plugin. I am facing this issue from almost 3 months and you still did not figure out and resolve my problem.

    Please put attention and resolve my issue on priority basis. thank you
