Processed Payment Invoice Issue

    Hello,

    Hope you are doing well. I am using the stripe payment method in woocommerce website for last 7 months. But for a couple of days, I am facing the issue with the invoice of the processed payment.

    When the customer placed the order on the website using the stripe payment gateway then on the succeeded payment or order the woocommerce is sending the invoice on our email with pending status which is wrong because the payment processed successfully so it’ mean invoice of woocommerce should be of successful invoice but It is not happening.

    Please help me out how i can resolve this issue of invoice .

    Can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status to take a better look? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response. Thank you.

    Hi @shoaibkhaliq51

    Can you first make a backup of your site, and update your database as it doesn’t match the current core WooCommerce version? Updating database can be done under WooCommerce > Status > Tools.

    You’ll next want deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce & WooCommerce Stripe Gateway, switch to a default theme like Storefront, and then check if you can reproduce the issue on that environment.

    i Update the database the issue is still there and i am getting the invoices with pending status. I also gave call to the stripe but they are saying the issue is with the woocommerce so contact them. I am confused. please help me out to resolve this issue. After placing the orders me and my customers are receiving the invoices with the pending status which is wrong

    Stripe did not give any positive response yet an issue from there side or not? Near me invoice, issue occur when woo-commerce database updation occurs.
