Process repeats and won’t stop

Hi.

I been having this problem: when I manually start a task, it starts but it doesn’t show progress.

However, the bars appear and it shows the word “undefined”.

And, when I check in Filezilla to see in the backup folder if the file is being created, it is indeed.

Moreover, it creates the same file over and over again and doesn’t stop. And I get many versiones of it.

I have 2 tasks: one creates a file backup and the other, a database backup. The problem occurs with both of them.
