Process Owner?

  • Had some problem with WF scanning error and proceed to check diagnostic and found out that under PHP Environment > Process Owner is Unavailable.

    What are the steps to resolve this issues?

  • Hi @delonnkoh,

    What is the scanning error you received? Even if the process owner is unavailable, this will not cause scans to not complete.

    Can you send over your diagnostics to [email protected]? You can do this by going into Wordfence -> Tools -> Diagnostics -> Send Report by Email. Make sure to put delonnkoh to as the Ticket ID.

    It is scanning properly now but for the past few days this is the acitivity:
