Process Keeps Starting Up

  • I just got a message from my web host…

    We killed this process last week and yesterday, it started running again every hour. Can you have someone look into it? It may be that there is something in the blog admin panel that they need to turn off but something must be happening that makes it start up again.

    Executable: /usr/bin/php

    What is this executable? How to I keep this from automatically starting up?

  • Have you tried deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    I’ve deactivated all plug-ins and the process continues to run every hour.
