Process for buying theme and getting started

    I have chosen a theme by Graphic Paper Press, there is a charge for it, no problem. I don’t see it listed as an available theme directly through WordPress. I want to be sure I get the theme I want, and get a domaine name and a Word Press blog . WHAT ORDER SHOULD I DO THINGS? Do I go directly to GPP, purchase there first? Do I then go to WordPress…Do they provide me my domain name? I am just a little confused. Just a beginner but confident I will get there with a little help. Thank you!
