Hi there,
Opinions are subjective but facts are not. We are very sorry that you have such a bad opinion of our plugin, but what you say is not true:
1) You are not required to edit anything. From what you said in one of your emails, you are talking about bylines here. We provide template tags for those advanced users or theme/plugin developers that want to implement them in their designs/work. But they are just optional. You don’t need to use them at all. Maybe you had some issue with bylines not showing author name properly so you thought you needed to use them. Issues with bylines might happen because each theme operates differently. Not all of them follow WordPress standards and others operate with custom loops, for instance.
2) You requested a refund saying that the plugin was not working but without even explaining what was wrong. You never asked us for help or asked how anything worked.
3) The two things you said were not working are both features from the free version of the plugin. Nothing to do with the Pro version. So what we tried to say was: “Man, how did you go Pro if free version wasn’t already working for you? That doesn’t make any sense”.
As we have repeatedly offered you, we are here to help, and we would like you to give us the option to explain how the plugin works and to help you. It is unfortunate to see uninformed opinions.
We really hope that you contact us to help you and thus be able to change your opinion, joining the feelings of the majority of our users, who have a totally favorable opinion, both in relation to the operation of the plugin and our customer service.
Best,
Molongui Team
