• I have installed the plugin and after about 10 times that is tested the Proceed to checkout disappears completely. There is no way to make it come back. Clearing cache, changing device, laptops/desktop/phone. If the plugin gets deactivated everything comes right back. I am using FLATSOME THEME. Any idea why and how to correct it?

If you have tried a basic theme then it sounds like it must be a plugin conflict. Can you try disabling all your other plugins to see if the problem goes away? If so, then re-enable one a time until it comes back and let me know what the culprit is so we can take a closer look?

Were you able to find the culprit then?

I could not find any link to the problem other that your plugin. Sorry but for now I had to switch to another way to use paypal express. I saw previous posts experiencing the same problem. Thanks again, I wish I could use it. Yours is way better than the official wootheme PayPal Express I must say. Hope to make the switch back ASAP! Keep up the amazing work! Thanks again!

Well I’m sure we could figure out the problem. Any time we’ve had this report has been due to conflicting plugin, theme or CDN / caching services.

I’m having the same issue. Actually came here to post the same exact issue. Haven’t tried going through and deactivating the 40 some odd plugins I have installed.

If you have that many plugins installed the odds of a conflict occurring are pretty good.

If you don’t want to mess with disabling them you could probably get the info we would need from your PHP error logs on the server.
