Proceed to Checkout button disappearerd on Mobile Checkout

Hi folks,
Recently the mobile version of my website has failed at the Cart page, with the Proceed to Checkout button not being visible. INSTEAD, if you press the Return to Shop button, it takes you to the Checkout, where you can complete you details and payment selection. If you ZOOM in with your phone, on the Cart page, you will see a very very faint “Proceed to Checkout” text, below the “Return to Shop” button.I have deactivated every Plugin I can.
Any ideas why this might have happened?
