Hi, when I try to enable firewall with the alternate method on SiteGround hosting with PHP 7.0.7, I retrieve the following error, both in back-end and in front-end

Warning: array_merge(): Argument #2 is not an array in /home/username/public_html/wp-includes/load.php on line 65

Note: I substituted my username with the word username in the path above

Does it appear if you switch back to 5.6?

With 5.6.22 it works like a charm, thanks!
I’ll wait the fix for PHP7

    Great ??

    Hristo,
thanks for helping out here much appreciated! Just to check, does this particular issue with PHP 7.0.7 relate to Wordfence or just WordPress?

I think it’s a WordFence one. WordPress works great with PHP7 since a lot of versions ??

I really don’t know. In order to answer @wfasa, I deactivated WordFence, changed PHP from 5.6 to 7.0 and effectively the site worked well. One more try, I reactivated WordFence and magically the error went away and the firewall is active.
I think the problem relates to WordFence and PHP 7.0 only during firewall activation. Once everything’s ok!

I didn’t considered the meantime WordPress update to 4.5.3. Maybe this could be significant.

Thanks for the info both of you. I’ll track this and issue see what we can come up with.
