Problems with wp-admin access

  • Hi!

    I read a lot about wp-admin error, but couldn’t find any solution for my problem…

    I try to access my admin area and 404 error keeps coming or I get the message saying that the redirection is incorrect.

    The curious about that is when I try to access from an anonymous page in any of my navigator (Firefox or safari) the admin area opens.

    I have already my cache emptied and don’t know what else to do.

  • Having the same problem for one of my sites on Chrome. On firefox and Safari I have no issues

    Probably caused by Chrome interfering with the captcha check on wordpress admin page.

    Or maybe plugins like clef could cause problems too

    Apparently it was a plugin!
    Now that I desactivated it, the wp-admin it’s working properly again!

    No, it wasn’t the plugin cause the problem is happening again.

    Don’t know what else should I do… ??
