Problems with WP 3.8

Hi Takayuki,
thanls for this great plugin. I use this for a while now and it is a very big help.
Now in Version 3.8 I’m running into some trouble. I don’t have an admin menu anymore, no options and also no button in the tinymce editor. But the plugin still works?
