Problems with working in ajax cart

  • Hi!

    I have an ajax cart on my site. I.e. when I add an item to cart, a sidebar with cart appears on the right side.

    If I stay on the page, there is a discount notification in that sidebar. But as soon as I reload the page, the notification is no longer there. How can this be fixed?

    It’s compatibility issue. May I know if your sidecart is created by a 3rd plugin or from your theme?

    Yes, the plugin is a third-party “WooCommerce AJAX Cart”.

    What can I do?

    The function to show free shipping bar on mini/sidebar cart is available in the pro version only. I’m afraid at the moment we haven’t integrated with this plugin just yet. We’ll take it into consideration in the future.
