Problems with WordPress Dashboard when plugin enabled
-
Hi, I’ve noticed that when I enabled this plugin, it caused issues with my dashboard.
Specifically, the ‘flyouts’ didn’t work on hover, which isn’t such a big deal.
But, also with one theme I was using, the themes appearance editor got screwed up as it uses tabs, and none of the tabs were able to be selected whilst this plugin was enabled.
Once I disabled it, it all worked fine again.
I ended up using another theme, as I really want to use this plugin.
So all I notice now is the flyouts on the dashboard menu not working on hover, which I can live with.Just wanted to see if you notice this on your test environment, if the hover effect works on dashboard menus.
I am using the latest version of WordPress. Also as a side comment.
I am looking to modify this plugin slightly, as I want it to show as ‘Vehicle’ instead of ‘Taxi’. I have found a file in the editor to change that. But I am not sure how to remove the ‘Number of seats’ option. I do not need that option, and would be good to remove it completely.
Perhaps something for future updates would be to select which fields are required or not?Could you advice please on which lines of code in the plugin editor I can comment out to remove that field and title safely?
Overall though, this is a really great plugin, and I love the way it displays the map too.
Thanks very much!
